Patients can no longer collect prescriptions from the surgery. Please tell us which pharmacist you want your prescription sent to in the comment box. 

From September 1st you will no longer be able to request repeat prescriptions via our website.  A new online system called Patient Services is now in operation.  To be able to continue to order your repeat prescriptions online you must register for Patient Services by sending an email to Reception.Z00071@gp.hscni.net with your name, DOB and address.  You will then receive registration details to the email address provided.

Repeat Prescriptions

We have a dedicated telephone line for ordering prescriptions. The number is 028 9024 4437. This line is operational 24 hours.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
