If you wish to discuss a medical concern you should phone reception before 12pm to arrange for a GP or Nurse to call you back. We can only accept telephone calls for medical emergencies after this time.
To ensure that your request can be appropriately managed you will be required to tell the receptionist the reason for your call. If you refuse to provide details we will be unable to take your call. We can assure you that our reception staff are bound by the same rules of patient confidentiality as our doctors and nurses.
It is not possible to request a specific GP to return you call.
If you have requested a ring back please ensure that you are available when the GP or Nurse calls as missed calls will not be returned.
