Welcome to Springvale Medical Practice Online
We continue to operate a telephone triage system for all appointment requests; booking of routine appointments remains suspended. If you need to speak to a GP please telephone any day before 11am and leave your details with the receptionist. Please note the number of telephone appointments we offer is capped each day depending on the number of GPs. If all telephone appointments have been allocated you will be asked to ring back the following day except in the case of a medical emergency.
The surgery doors remain closed but we have an intercom at the front door allowing patients to speak to a receptionist and gain access if they have a booked appointment.
If you are asked to attend for an appointment please do the following:
- Come to the front door and ring the intercom
- come at the exact time of your appointment as we have limited waiting facilities
If you have a hospital letter to deliver to the surgery please use the postbox at the front door.
Prescriptions can no longer be collected from the surgery. When ordering your prescription please let us know which pharmacy to send it to.
Links to further information can be found on our COVID-19 page (see menu on the right)
