Patient Satisfaction Survey Results
We recently carried out a patient satisfaction survey asking patients how likely they would be to recommend Springvale Medical Practice and the reason for their answer. We are pleased to report that the results were mainly positive.
74% of patients said they were extremely likely or likely to recommend us
86% of comments were wholly positive
A number of patients (19%) said they were unlikely to recommend us and 7% of comments received were negative. The negative comments focused mainly on the waiting time for an appointment. We are aware that there can be a significant wait for a booked appointment and we can assure you that we are doing everything we can to address the issue. However, as one patient commented, it is “easy to get seen in an emergency”.
We would like to remind patients that if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service you are encouraged to speak to the Practice Manager.
A huge thank you to thank everyone who took part in the survey. We will be running the survey again in January 2019 and would encourage as many patients as possible to participate.
